Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the CEO, overseeing their calendar and coordinating appointments.
  • Manage the CEO’s emails by addressing them directly or with assistance, filtering out junk, and unsubscribing from unnecessary lists.
  • Oversee the CEO’s tasks assigned to others, maintaining a master list using task management software, setting deadlines, sending reminders, and following up to ensure high-quality completion.
  • Prepare reports as requested, manage personal errands for the CEO, and assist with organizing company events.
  • Serve as the office manager or coordinator based on qualifications and act as the IT liaison.

Qualifications:

  • Stable work history with 7 years of experience in administrative support in small companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Experienced in handling complex tasks, projects, and independent decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Experience as an executive assistant to the Founder, CEO, or President.
  • Skilled in managing and handling CEO’s emails, both directly and by delegating.
  • Proficient in tracking delegated tasks and ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality completion.
  • Experience as both an office manager and executive assistant.
  • Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Open to learning and taking on additional tasks and projects for growth.
