Job Description

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce safety and security policies in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Conduct safety orientations, provide ongoing training programs for employees, and oversee surveillance systems while implementing security protocols.
• Perform routine safety audits and inspections to detect potential risks.
• Work alongside HR and other teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Document and maintain records of safety procedures and incident reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a safety role in manufacturing.
• CSP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
