Our client is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead and improve quality assurance processes throughout all stages of production. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure adherence to industry standards and meet customer expectations. Your strategic mindset and leadership abilities will be key in promoting a culture of quality across the organization.



REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or a similar position within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the transportation or heavy-duty vehicle sectors
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management system implementation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data effectively
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
